TAOSensory Modifier

TAOSensory Modifier is a sensory enhancing, multifunctional ingredient with antioxidant and soothing properties.

TAOSensory Modifier positively alters the sensory profile of a formula by eliminating or reducing tack. It improves the transitional feel during dry down, as well as the final feel of the formula on skin and hair. Soluble in water and in castor oil, TAOSensory Modifier permits the incorporation of water into certain anhydrous systems such as lipsticks. Additionally, it is hydrolytically stable over a wide pH range enabling the formulator to incorporate it into salicylic acid formulations as well as in high pH systems.
