Atophylline

Atophylline® is is a bio inspired active for atopic skin care management that improves barrier function, erythema and moisturization. Atophylline is a neutraligand. It works by intercepting chemokines/proteins that trigger inflammation produced by dendritic cells in response to keratinocytes and inflammatory cells in skin atopic sites after contact with allergens. Atophylline® significantly reduces the severe itching and skin inflammation. It additionally significantly improves skin hydration and the skin barrier function. It significantly stimulates the synthesis of collagen, elastin and hyaluronic acid for the extracellular matrix regeneration.
