Floviva Borage Seed Oil

Floviva Borage Seed Oil is harvested (cold-pressed) from the seeds, which can be found in the flowers of the Borage plant.  As with most vegetable oils; the fatty acid profile makes it suitable for moisturizing and nourishing the skin. It is also rich in vitamins A and C.

Research by Kast et al, 2001; shows Borage exhibits anti-inflammatory effects. These are likely due to the high levels of GLA (gamma linoleic acid) within the oil. Indeed Borage is recognized as having one of the highest levels of GLA of any vegetable oil.
